Flatpack chambers
Supplier: BTX
Flatpack chambers are primarily used for prokaryotic applications (bacterial or yeast transformations), however they are also often used for high efficiency stem cell transfection.
- The flow-through construction of the 0,56 mm gap has a volume capacity from 10 to 85 μl. This design provides the unique combination of small sample volumes with field strengths as high as 40 kV/cm.
The flatpack chamber with 1,83 mm gap has a three-ply solid sandwich construction of stainless steel and mylar plastic and holds a volume of 1,5 ml, ideal for stems cells.
Flatpack chambers are gamma sterilised in individual packages.
Delivery information: Supplied in sets of 50 and may be used in the BTX safety stand (available separately, please enquire).
