Supplier: DIVERSIFIED BIOTECH
Description: Glow Writer provides a quick and convenient method for marking autoradiographs. Suitable for marking plastic, paper and dried polyacrylamide gels, this versatile self-contained marker is reusable and does not require additional labeling material. Fine point nib allows for precise writing and high information density. Glow Writer's optimum concentration of phosphor ensures autographic exposure of any length will allow ink to glow. Simply shake the pen prior to use and write directly on the media. Use for recording run numbers, dates, exposure times and other data. Fine point nib is easy to replace.

Supplier: CARESTREAM HEALTH INC.(FRM.KOD
Description: BioMax® MS film is a high performance all-purpose, maximum sensitivity autoradiography film. When used with the BioMax® TranScreen HE intensifying screen it delivers four to eight times greater sensitivity in the detection of ³²P when compared to other autoradiography film and intensifying screen combinations. This film/screen combination is ideal for detection of Northern, Southern and Dot Blotting applications, particularly when detection of low intensity samples or exposure time reduction is required.

Supplier: G-Biosciences
Description: The picoLUCENT™ PLUS-HRP kit is based on an ultra sensitive luminol substrate that produces chemiluminescence upon reaction with alkaline phosphatase. The chemiluminescence light emission can be recorded by a short exposure to autoradiography films.

Supplier: G-Biosciences
Description: The picoLUCENT™ PLUS-HRP kit is based on an ultra sensitive luminol substrate that produces chemiluminescence upon reaction with horseradish peroxidase. The chemiluminescence light emission can be recorded by a short exposure to autoradiography films.

Supplier: Thermo Fisher Scientific
Description: CL-XPosure™ Film is a clear blue X-ray film recommended for the detection and documentation of blotting assays.

Supplier: CARESTREAM HEALTH INC.(FRM.KOD
Description: The BioMax® MS intensifying screen is optimised for use with BioMax® MS film to maximise sensitivity for detection of ³²P and ¹²⁵I labelled samples.

Supplier: Cytiva
Description: Amersham™ Hyperfilm™ ECL™ is constructed from a clear base coated on both sides with a photographic emulsion that is protected by an anti-scratch layer. The anti-scratch coating reduces the risk of visible artefacts (e.g., plastic wrap marks) and the clear colourless base results in easy reading of images without compromising on sensitivity.

Supplier: Cytiva
Description: Amersham Hyperfilm™ MP is a multipurpose film constructed from a clear base coated on both sides with a photographic emulsion that is protected by an anti-scratch layer. The anti-scratch coating reduces the risk of visible artefacts (e.g., plastic wrap marks) and the clear colourless base results in easy reading of images, without compromising on sensitivity.

Supplier: CARESTREAM HEALTH INC.(FRM.KOD
Description: Designed for use with gamma emitters such as ¹²⁵I and high-energy beta emitters, such as ³²P, the BioMax™ TranScreen HE intensifying screen offers the greatest sensitivity. When used in conjunction with the BioMax™ MS film, the system equals or exceeds the image quality of conventional autoradiography screen/film systems. By minimising the distances between the radioisotope and phosphor layer, it presents the phosphor to the emitting particles immediately, for less scattering and better spatial resolution.

Supplier: CARESTREAM HEALTH INC.(FRM.KOD
Description: X-OMAT® LS is an economical, blue-tinted film for when the maximum performance of BioMax® MR, BioMax® MS, or X-OMAT® AR film is not required. X-OMAT® LS film is suitable for use with all commonly used radioisotopes and chemiluminescent probes. However, the film provides significantly less detection sensitivity than the BioMax® autoradiography films, resulting in longer exposure times.

Supplier: LONZA
Description: DNA marker is for rapid size estimation of PCR products and restriction fragments. DNA can be visualised by ethidium bromide staining or kinased with radiolabelled ³²P for detection by autoradiography.

Supplier: CARESTREAM HEALTH INC.(FRM.KOD
Description: BioMax® Light is a double emulsion film that provides maximum clarity and sensitivity for detection of chemiluminescent-labelled samples. BioMax® Light produces the highest signal-to-noise ratio of any Kodak film for detection of chemiluminescence. This film performs well with all brands of chemiluminescent kits. BioMax® Light film is suitable for direct and intensifying screen exposures with commonly used isotopes, though it provides lower sensitivity resulting in longer exposure times compared to BioMax® MS, and X-OMAT AR films for radioisotope detection.

Supplier: CARESTREAM HEALTH INC.(FRM.KOD
Description: BioMax® XAR Film is an autoradiography film for use with all commonly used isotopes and chemiluminescence labels. The film is coated with emulsion on both sides of a clear base, and is suitable for both direct autoradiography and exposures made with amplification screens, including BioMax® amplification screens.

Supplier: Cytiva
Description: Storage phosphor screens capture latent images produced by ionising radiation (X-ray, β, and γ emissions from isotopes such as 14C, 3H, 125I, 131I, 32P, 35S, 33P, and more.). Upon laser-induced stimulation, light is emitted from the storage phosphor screen in proportion to the amount of radioactivity in the sample. The resulting digital image allows for quantitation of subtle signal intensity differences over a wide dynamic range using storage phosphor imaging systems such as Typhoon, Storm, and PhosphorImager. Typically, 50% to 90% less exposure time is required compared with an equivalent exposure to conventional film. Publication quality images are often obtained in a single exposure. They are reusable and are not degraded by repeated exposure to laboratory levels of radioactivity.
