Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-1434R-CY7)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: IGF-binding proteins prolong the half-life of the IGFs and have been shown to either inhibit or stimulate the growth promoting effects of the IGFs on cell culture. They alter the interaction of IGFs with their cell surface receptors. Also exhibits IGF-independent antiproliferative and apoptotic effects mediated by its receptor TMEM219/IGFBP-3R.
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Catalog Number: (BSENM-1763-100-FT)
Supplier: Biosensis
Description: Mouse monoclonal antibody (Clone X63) with no known antigen binding ability was purified from hybridoma cell culture medium by Protein G chromatography and labelled with FITC. X63-FITC is useful as a negative control antibody for immunofluorescence studies using FITC-labelled primary antibodies.
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-1027R-A555)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Has neurotrophic and neuroprotective properties on a broad spectrum of central nervous system (CNS) neurons. Binds, in a calcium-dependent manner, to cultured neocortical neurons and promotes cell survival (By similarity).
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-11788R-A750)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: The function of PrP is still under debate. May play a role in neuronal development and synaptic plasticity. May be required for neuronal myelin sheath maintenance. May play a role in iron uptake and iron homeostasis (By similarity). Isoform 2 may act as a growth suppressor by arresting the cell cycle at the G0/G1 phase. Soluble oligomers are toxic to cultured neuroblastoma cells and induce apoptosis (in vitro).

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-6848R-CY5)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Fascin is a highly conserved actin-bundling protein. Fascin, encoded by the human homolog for sn (hsn) gene, has been localized to microspikes and stress fibers of cultured cells where it is thought to be involved in the formation of microfilament bundles. It is expressed predominantly in dendritic cells. Lymphoid cells, myeloid cells and plasma cells are negative. However, Reed Sternberg cells in Hodgkin’s lymphoma are positive for fascin staining. Epstein-Barr virus may induce expression of fascin in B cells.

Catalog Number: (CAYM601130-1)
Supplier: Cayman Chemical
Description: Neutrophil/Monocyte Respiratory Burst Assay Kit provides PMA, dihydrorhodamine 123, and additional reagents necessary for inducing and quantifying a respiratory burst response in neutrophils and monocytes by flow cytometry. The assay can be performed on whole blood or on cells in various types of cell culture media. Because the assay reagents are not species-specific, this assay can be used in any species or cell type capable of producing a NADPH oxidase-dependent respiratory burst response.
UOM: 1 * 1 KIT

Supplier: Biotium
Description: This antibody recognizes a protein of 66 kDa-170 kDa, identified as involucrin. In Western blotting of cultured human keratinocytes, this MAb reacts with a 120 kDa protein. Involucrin is expressed in a range of stratified squamous epithelia, including the cornea, which lacks a distinct cornified layer. In normal epidermis, it is first expressed in the upper spinous layers, and in keratinocyte cultures, all cells that have left the basal layer express it. Involucrin expression is altered in pathological conditions: in psoriasis and other benign epidermal hyperplasias, involucrin expression begins closer to the basal layer than normal; expression is abnormal in squamous cell carcinomas and premalignant lesions, and is reduced in severe dysplasias of the larynx and cervix.
