My Quotes

To request a quote, you must add different products to your cart. Once this is done, go to your cart and click on "Request a Quote" which can be found in the menu at the top left of your cart.

Warning do not forget to validate your basket by clicking on “Validate”.

You will then find your quotation being processed in the "See my quotations" section by clicking on "In Progress". Your request will be processed within 24 to 48 hours by our teams (excluding weekends and public holidays). Your quote will then be available in the "Saved Quotes" tab.

In the left-hand menu, select the "View my quotes" tab. Your quote should now appear. If this is not the case, do not hesitate to select the right time range. Otherwise, send an email to ebiz-support.uk@vwr.com with your login and your quotation number.

Check that you have selected the correct time range. If the quotation still does not appear, contact web service at the following email address ebiz-support.uk@vwr.com indicating your login and the number of your quotation.

To benefit from the prices of your quote, you must retrieve it and not go through the search bar.
